Sept. 30, 2008 - "Exceptional Customer Service: Your Key to Company Growth:" Education Session Scheduled for AAPEX 2008

BETHESDA, MD – Sept. 30, 2008 –  AAPEX attendees will learn how customer service greatly benefits company growth and competition, during an educational program presented by Gary Bohannon, The Warranty Group, Inc., entitled, “Exceptional Customer Service: Your Key to Company Growth.” The session will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 5 from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the Sands Expo Center, Las Vegas, Nev., in rooms 303/304.

Companies will gain a competitive advantage by offering their customers deliverables that strengthen loyalty and insulate them from price competition.
