AAIA Member Center Meeting Request Form

All AAIA Member Center meetings will take place in the Lowe Lobby of the Sands Expo Center, Rooms 204-206.

Meeting rooms at the AAIA Member Center are available to suppliers/business affiliates that are exhibiting at AAPEX and any AAIA buyer. Non-exhibiting manufacturers are not permitted to use AAIA meeting rooms.

You will receive a confirmation from courtney.carbone@aftermarket.org.

Please be prompt for your meeting time. Your meeting room reservation can only be honored no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Tardiness may result in the need to reduce the length of your meeting as many of our meeting rooms are reserved back to back.
