What kind of exciting career can you have?
Tom Rafferty caught the automotive parts bug early. By the age of five, he was tagging along with his father and uncle at their NAPA store in central Illinois.
"I mostly got in the way," said Rafferty.
He might have been in the way then, but his passion for parts never faded. He later went on to work for two other aftermarket companies part-time through high school and college. While gaining experience in the industry, Rafferty continued his education and earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Rafferty continued working in several sales and marketing positions in the aftermarket industry before his current position of National Sales Manager at ZF Services North America.
